What events do you cater for?

We specialise in kids' birthday parties, first birthdays, baby showers, milestone celebrations & weddings! Our setups are best suited for children aged 1 to 6 years, depending on the equipment selected.

How long does set-up and pack-down take?

We require 45 to 60 minutes for set-up before your event and 45 to 60 minutes for pack-down after the hire period. We arrive early so everything is ready to go before guests arrive. Please ensure the area is clear and accessible during these times.

What if the weather is bad?

If bad weather is forecast for an outdoor party, we will work with you to reschedule or find the best solution. Child safety always comes first.

Is the equipment cleaned?

Absolutely. All jumping castles and soft play equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every hire.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event date.

Do children need to be supervised?

Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.

How much space do I need?

Space requirements vary by setup. Each product listing includes size guidelines. If you are unsure, send us a photo or measurements, and we will help you choose the right option.
