Delivery & Pickup

At Alaska’s White Castles, all our products are hired for events, not sold. We offer delivery, set up and pack down across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the distance from our warehouse to your event location.
This fee covers delivery, set up, and pickup of your hired items unless otherwise specified.

Delivery & Pickup Times

We will confirm delivery and pickup windows with you in the week leading up to your event. Our standard delivery and collection hours are between:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We do our best to work around your event timing and will communicate exact windows closer to the date.

Late Night Pickup Fees

If your event requires pickup after 7:00 PM, an additional late pickup fee will apply.
This is to account for extended staffing hours and travel times. Fees will vary based on timing and location, and will be quoted in advance.

If you're unsure whether your event qualifies for late pickup, please contact us before booking.

Additional Notes
  • We do not currently offer customer pick-up or return options.

  • Access to the event site must be safe and clear at the time of both delivery and pickup. Extra fees may apply for locations with limited access, stairs, or long distances from the unloading point.
